A cancellation must be in writing and submitted to the GGMC. Confirmed registrants may cancel and receive a full refund, minus a 25% administrative fee (or $50 whichever is greater), through February 3, 2017, for standard convention registration fees. Fifty percent (50%) of the convention registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from May 4, 2017, through July 15, 2017. Standard convention cancellations received after July 15, 2017, are non-refundable. The only convention add on that would be refundable is the riverboat ticket, through July 15, 2017. If a member transfers his or her registration to another member or a guest, the receiver must pay the difference in price at the time of transfer.
